Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. 「Beautiful hotel. Great location. The only question I have is for those with mobility issues. There may be an elevator from the arrival point to the lobby but I didn’t see it. The stairs are a bit much to carry luggage up. If you have issues, chaexk with the hotel.」
