「Staff was wonderful The rooms were clean. I would definitely stay there again!」

「The front desk does not stay open as long as they say. Their recording says they are open until 10, but--despite calling and leaving a message about what time we would arrive--the front desk was dark and locked when we arrived at 8:45 pm. We sat on the sidewalk wondering what to do before deciding to call the "emergency" number. Then the person on the phone directed us to the lock box via the phone and helped us get in the room. It would have been nice to recieve a message about procedure ahead...

In addition, they charge lodging tax at the hotel. They already charged tax and fees through hotel.com. There」

「TV was broken, no discount for me, no one fix, second floor no elevator, no good to my dad, over 75 years old. Bathroom super small. Swimming pool good. 」
