"Safe secure hotel with lovely rooms that are beautifully decorated and supplied with all you need. They have spectacular views of the lake and access to lake via stairs. Highly recommend staying, much nicer than in Bariloche!"

"Beautiful heated pool with a gorgeous swim up view of the lake and mountains.
Pretty loud inside the cabins if you have noisy neighbors.
No ability to control your own heat (you have to call reception to have them adjust it?)
Highly recommend overall. "

"Lugar muito bonito e confortável. No entanto nunca tem ninguém na recepção, quando encontrávamos alguém o funcionários estavam perdidos, não sabiam dar informações ou não respondiam com clareza. Muito difícil o acesso. Taxi, Uber e remixes não encontram o local da hospedagem perdíamos mais de uma hora para tentar que um táxi fosse ao local. Na volta sempre se perdiam ao nos levar de volta. Aconselho ter carro próprio ou alugar para ficar nessa hospedagem "
