Beautiful heated pool with a gorgeous swim up view of the lake and mountains. Pretty loud inside the cabins if you have noisy neighbors. No ability to control your own heat (you have to call reception to have them adjust it?) Highly recommend overall.

A estadia foi tranquila, quarto confortável, porém o chuveiro não tinha o misturador o que dificultava muito o banho , a cabana tinha uma escada que para crianças pequenas não é tão seguro. O café da manhã bem simples e igual todos os dias . Receptividade boa e localização boa

Pésimo lugar. El estado de las cabañas es muy malo: sin mantención, múltiples roturas, mal estado de conservación. Olor a humedad. Mala iluminación. Lo único que se corresponde con las fotos publicadas es la piscina. Perdimos el dinero porque era tan malo el lugar que preferimos pagar otro hotel y no quedarnos. Un lugar incómodo para hospedarse con niños, escaleras y escalones peligrosos dentro de la cabaña, además todo "retro" con mantenimiento precario de los interiores y sin renovaciones importantes. Cero rampas, con cochecito o silla de ruedas, no se puede circular, mucho menos hospedarse. Habitaciones arriba y el único baño abajo. Todo muy antiguo y desactualizado. Muy caro para lo que ofrece en infraestructura. El desayuno regular, poca variedad. La vista al lago era posible saliendo al patio. El ingreso con auto súper peligroso y muy inclinado hacia arriba, sólo un carril de tierra, si no se acelera el auto con fuerza, terminas en el medio de la ruta de nuevo.

Chalé em frente ao lago Nahuel Huapi

O chalé e confortável. Poderia estar um pouquinho só mais quente. Como foi contratado como “superior” achei que fosse um pouco melhor. E acredito que no andar de cima era melhor. As camas das crianças na verdade era um sofá-cama. Achei que fossem 2 camas em um quarto.

Beautiful location overlooking the lake. The staff were really nice and extremely helpful. The cost was most reasonable. The lodge is not convenient to the town but taxis aren't very expensive. I would hire a car if I visited again to access the surrounding region which is awesomely beautiful.

Kudos to the photographer!

Let me start by saying that we chose this hotel because of the image of the fireplace in the room. To our surprise upon arrival to the room, the fireplace is not up to code so its banned by the fire department. Ok then... Lets try the pool... It was a rainy day so we're looking forward to a warm pool. Not such thing. It was cold and its not a swimming pool where you can take a scroll and warm up. Lasted for about 5 minutes and went straight to the hot tub to warm up to our surprise that even the hot tub was NOT hot at all, just luke warm. Frustrating. Breakfast serving area was good though but won't come again.

Overnight stay

We stayed one night . Booking was quick and easy and the service was efficient. It convenient for us that English was spoken . Sadly the gym and pool were not open in the hours we could access them - before 10 am or after 9 pm and very unfortunately the sprinklers came on outside our bedroom window at around 12:30am and stayed on for over an hour - like someone having a shower 1 meter away . Without these two inconveniences we would have rated it very highly .
