"Overall good place for the money we paid. Great customer service. They booked early morning transportation to the airport and they even rescheduled earlier at our request without extra charges."
"I am hesitant to share how great this hotel is at the risk of it getting too popular for a future visit. The vibe was fantastic. The staff were ALL off the chart friendly, helpful and eager to engage and make any moment the best. We were offered a free drink just for minimizing housekeeping. Perfect. Breakfast choices and quality were very good. So many options. The room was amazing. It was hot and humid and you would never know with the great A/C that worked perfectly. The room design was super cute. Comfy. And quite roomy for the price. The galley down the hall was great. The water options of hot/cold, still or sparkling from the tap such a nice touch. The snack machine was out of order but who needs that when you can get a snack at the bar or just outside the hotel. Thank you for making our trip great even with the heat, humidity and the crowds."
"The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. We were able to quickly get to our hotel from the airport and walk through proper sidewalks with our heavy luggage.
The hotel is brand new. That comes with some growing pains. When we were there, the gym was not accessible. They also are building a rooftop pool, but it wasn’t open yet (we didn’t expect it anyway).
The rooftop bar is very nice. It was beautiful to sit at during the sunset."
"The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds, the staff was kind, and the hotel breakfast was tasty and convenient.
The only negatives were (i) the shower vacillated between hot and cold water and (ii) the hotel’s iron was scorched when it was given to me and burned/damaged my pants as a result."
"Overall this is a very great place to stay in Rome
Not too close but in the middle of almost all attractions
Breakfast was also alright especially the machine available for you to make all types of coffee
Highly recommend"
"The hotel is in a great area. Right next to the buses, hop on hop off buses, the metro and 7 minute walk to the train station. It was very convenient. Staff is super nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and met our needs. Breakfast was OK, the staff was very friendly and made sure everyone was happy. I would definitely stay here again."
