不喜歡：整潔度、設施服務和住宿環境和硬體
The pic that was advertised on their listing as 'View from the property' (tables and seating on a deck overlooking the river) was definitely NOT there! Blatant lie. The pillows were hard, huge, and uncomfortable for sleeping on. Under the bed had never been vacuumed, so very dusty. Smells of sewerage came from the bathroom. The staff were not very friendly... rarely acknowledged me ... couldn't speak English (not great in hospitality). I stayed for a week and they wouldn't let me check out one hour later. Zero help in making my stay more enjoyable (tours, bike rental, where to go, etc). The laundry was not great ... drying space almost non existent. Noisy, too! Inside, I could hear the next room. Outside, there was a house being built, so hammers, etc., from early morning. Also, a bit far from the action... maybe 15 min walk ... not too bad but could get closer. Felt like a 1950s boarding house for old men. I've travelled a lot... stayed in many 2 Star accom and been reasonably happy ... but, this one is different. This is a very poor option. Hope they lift their game.
