The service by the staff was excellent. It is also located very near the Joma Cafe, Alms givng ceremony area, Mekong River, temples and Mount Phousi.

LOVED the care we received here

The people who worked at this hotel were so nice! My family and I wanted to go to the Bear Sanctuary, but it was far out and we did not have a car. The man at the desk personally called around and found someone who would take us at a reasonable price. They provided such great service and were pleasant to talk with. The hotel itself is not super fancy, but we felt like royalty with the genuine care we received. Plus, the location is perfect. Without a doubt, we would go back! Highly recommend.

建物は古く、2日目の夜にお湯が出なくなった。スタッフに言ったら別の部屋のシャワーを使わせてくれて、それ以外にも親切で対応が良く、総合的に満足。 前は少し離れた場所が朝食会場だったらしいが、今はエントランスのカフェスペースみたいなところに配膳してくれる。

5泊の予定でしたが、一泊目がホテルの手違いで部屋が確保できず、別のホテルに回されましたが、二泊目からは問題なし。 部屋のwifiが不調で使えず、いつもフロントの前でネット利用していました。 部屋は隣の建物が迫っていて、眺めは良く無い。 部屋は広く、清潔で、お湯も良く出て、いつもきれいにルームメイクしてくれました。朝食は川べりの食堂まで歩いて行きますが、川を眺めながら爽やかに食事できました。スタッフはとても親切でした。
