「The resort has plentiful facilities and close to the beach. We are in the ocean suite and the room is nicely decorated and spacious The management is not up to a five star hotel standard. Firstly the dishes in the buffet restaurant, Jardim Colonial, were not very clean, some of which with stains. Having said that , the staffs in the restaurant are helpful. Secondly the food variety was not sufficient. Thirdly , on the last day, we went for breakfasts after checking out. We were told to...

「Booked a studio apartment last minute for 3 nights. Smart hotel, good security. Very friendly staff. Lovely pools as well as an indoor pool. Comfortable outdoor area. Spacious well equipped room, we did end up in a disabled room despite full fitness! Did feel if you were disabled there was only a shower over the bath which was quite high to get into, not a problem for us though. Had a nice meal in the lovely restaurant. Good parking. 」

「Amazing location, had the duplex suite with amazing sea views. Being on the top floor meant we heard no noise which was bliss. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Room was cleaned daily. Whilst not much amenities provided in the room, there was a sign you could ask for items, if you needed. We used the spa, 1 free pass and that was bliss to have the facilities to ourselves. All in all, a great location and hotel.」

「Lovely well maintained grounds, large recently refurbished rooms with comfy beds, good range of AI branded drinks, buffet meals are freshly made with a very wide range of options and the free (pre-booked) Grill restaurant is well worth a visit. The main pool area gets busy and is quite noisy with music but the second pool area nesr the Grill restaurant is much more sedate and less crowded and you can also use sunbeds under the nearby trees. 「The hotel is great for young families all year round with the indoor heated pool & soft play area. The outdoor pool was a little cold when we stayed in April . The staff are all friendly & attentive & we found some great restaurants in walking distance by asking at reception & taxi drivers. 」
