「Tidy room, though doors don't slow close so everyone slams them shut, right up until the early hours of the night - not much noise suppression. Breakfast plenty of offerings and fresh, slightly lukewarm though. Staff all friendly and checkin easy and quick. 」

「Clean room, but very strong smell of bleach when I arrived in my room, pool lovely, breakfast basic. If you want to go around the best thing to have car . The hotel is far from faro city bus costs one way 5.50 and after 8 no buss go twords zodiac hotel. Uber is way cheaper than local tax . Uber cost around 13 euro but local taxi will charge you 35 euro. Bus stop is close to hotel like 3 minutes walk. Beach around 10 minutes. 」

「This was our third visit to the Cerro Mar Gardens. We stayed there in April 2024, February 2025, and February/March 2026. The apartments are comfortable, but not luxurious, and definitely suitable for families. The kitchens are well equipped for light cooking over extended stays and include an induction top stove, a good size oven, a reasonable refrigerato, a dishwasher, toaster, drip coffee maker, and a washing machine. There's a large outdoor pool, an large indoor pool, a gym, sauna, steam...

「Stayed during the “off season” so the hotel had a small number of guests. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The morning breakfast was amazing. Hotel is a 2 minute walk to the beach and it’s a short walk to the marina where there is an abundance of restaurants. Highly recommend staying at the Crowne Plaza. 」

「A beautiful hotel, great facilities and exceptional food. Lunch and cocktails in the bar, the buffet breakfasts and fine dining in Tropis were all delicious and not ridiculously priced. The staff literally couldn't do enough for us, from welcoming us, helping with luggage, booking activities and every interaction in between, everyone was very helpful, spoke beautiful English and made our trip very enjoyable. 」

「This hotel was in the perfect location right in the heart of the historical district. It is a bit loud at night because of its location. But the staff were excellent. The breakfast was great and it was a 30 second walk to the beach.」
