「Pontos positivos: estacionamento grátis no local, equipe atenciosa, local limpo, tranquilo e silencioso a noite e com bela vista das montanhas na varanda. No geral foi ótimo custo benefício. Pontos negativos: Fica um pouco afastado de Andorra La Vella e da maioria das estações de esqui. E eles cobram até pelos pacotes de sal e açucar.」

「C’est sans contredit le plus complet et bel endroit pour séjourner dans la région de La Seu d’Urgell! Les repas étaient absolument délicieux, le centre de mieux-être était diversifié avec ses bains et espaces repos et le personnel nous a offert un service et une attention exceptionnelle tout au long de notre séjour! 「We booked this hotel for a cosy week away in the snow and cold, hoped for a spa, good food and a comfy room to watch movies, but what we were met with was the farthest thing from all of this despite advertising. The spa is an added cost PER USE despite the expensive room, the breakfast was, quite frankly, disgusting and cold, (the hot stuff like scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages), and the Wi-Fi was SO SLOW we couldn’t watch a thing on netflix. 「Room did not have a cattle nor a coffee maker. Staff was not necessary friendly. The gym only has benches with no weight, the 2 esteppets are not commercisl and don't work. There's no gym.」
