「Highly recommend staying at Jasmine Apartment. Excellent location right off of Kalidasa Road - quiet neighborhood. Extremely clean with very responsive staff. The front desk attendant, Akaash, was very friendly and helped answer all my questions. Front desk was present 24/7 making my late night ride from Bangalore feel safe.」

「The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. Should learn how to take feedback and act on.」

「This property feels more like a basic lodge and does not meet the standards of a three-star hotel. Cleanliness is below expectations, and overall maintenance is poor. The air conditioning is centrally preset with no option to adjust the temperature, making the room uncomfortably hot despite being advertised as air-conditioned. It is definitely not suitable for families. I only stayed here for one night as a stopover during a drive. Overall, the experience was disappointing.」

「This hotel is overrated. The presidential suite was right below the toilets for their night club and the suite smelled like toilets that hadn’t been cleaned in few days. The staff cleaned the room and added air freshener but this did not solve the underlying problem. All in all, the stay was terrible. 「It's the era of EVs so it's mandate that we maintain dedicated ev charging station and not let ICE cars park in EV zones we ended up spending 2 hours running around the parking area to get the ICE cars removed and 2 out of 3 charging stations were not functioning!! What kind of maintenance is this?? When asked staff responds that not many EVs visit our property...please consider having separate parking just for EVs since you have acres of land in the property also have more security staff to...
