The food, suite, staff and amenities were all excellent. Our Butler, Kert, went above and beyond to make sure we had anything and everything we requested. If you're looking for a quiet, romantic getaway, I would highly recommend Serenity, it definitely surpassed our expectations.

The resort was truly fantastic! The staff were so attuned to the guests' needs that they anticipated what you might desire or need, and were always happy and friendly. The grounds and accommodations were impeccably kept, from the very comfortable bed with the array of pillows and options for additional other pillows to suit one's needs as well as the plentiful fluffy towels, wonderful soaking tub, rainfall shower inside the private unit as well as the outdoor rainfall shower in the private patio area with the refreshing private waterfall plunge pool and hammock. Loved the private outdoor patio area with the private bar and well-stocked refridgerator which was restocked daily with all beverages of one's choice. The butler cabintet for room service deliveries was fabulous for breakfast as well as any other meals or snacks when one did not wish to dine at their fine restaurant and desired a little private dining experience. The sunset cruise was magical and the kite surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking options were so fun in the gorgeous Caribbean waters Truly recommend this resort and LOVE that it was so convenient to the airport, our stupendous butler had pina coladas greeting us at our arrival, which took 6 minutes from the airport - that is the type of vacation oasis that we needed!!! Cannot recommend Serenity at Coconut Bay enough!!!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much!! Narrissa was outstanding in everything she did for us. I was very sad to say goodbye to her! Food was excellent and so were the drinks that Ray made for us, his smile really brightens up your day!! We will definitely be back someday, but for now hope all staff take care they truly do work hard to take care of the guest and the ground's that part did not go unnoticed to me! I spent 6 unforgettable days at Serenity at Coconut Bay in Vieux Fort, Saint Lucia, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the service, warmth, and attention to detail were outstanding. My personal butler, David, was phenomenal—attentive, thoughtful, and always one step ahead of my needs. He made my stay effortless and memorable. A special thank you to Patrice in housekeeping, whose care and attention kept my suite immaculate every day, and to Tyler, who added such a personal touch with daily handwritten notes alongside my breakfast. Meeting her in person when I chose to dine by the pool instead of in-room service was such a pleasure—her kindness really stood out. I also want to recognize the amazing group of women in dining who checked in on me each day. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made me feel like family. Their dedication and hard work truly do not go unnoticed. My experience was so wonderful that I extended my trip for an additional 4 days to stay at their sister property, Coconut Bay Beach Resort, where the same high level of hospitality continued. Serenity at Coconut Bay is the perfect name for this resort—it’s a luxurious, peaceful haven with an incredible team that makes every guest feel special. Serenity at Coconut Bay is a fabulous boutique retreat, set in 80 acres and with a stunning beach. The staff and fantastic, so helpful, polite and welcoming. Oh my goodness, I just had to share all about our absolutely dreamy vacation at Serenity at Coconut Bay in St. Lucia! From the very second we arrived, it felt like we'd stepped into paradise. Our incredible butler, Kert, was there to greet us right away with the most refreshing rum coconut drink – what a welcome! Kert was truly a magician; he took care of every single little thing and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was utterly perfect. He seriously thought of everything before we even had a chance to. And the villas? Pure bliss! They were exquisitely decorated with so much attention to detail. Picture this: Bluetooth speakers for our tunes, a wonderfully relaxing hot tub, a massive shower, *and* our very own private plunge pool! It honestly felt like our own little luxurious haven. Every single member of the staff, from the brilliant waiters and waitresses to the fantastic bartenders, was unbelievably friendly and so genuinely dedicated to making sure we had the best time. Their warmth and attentiveness truly made the whole experience shine. Evenings were just as enchanting, with super fun events planned each night. You could feel how much effort they put into creating a vibrant atmosphere and making every guest feel truly special and included. Now, let's talk about the food – seriously, WOW! Very clean, beautiful, private location. 5 minute drive from the airport. Staff was super friendly and very tuned in to making your stay as best as it could be. Restaurant was easily a 5 star restaurant. Beach is within 100 yards of most rooms. Pool area is very beautiful though we spent most days on the beach. The butler service was next level, McGregor helped us set up all extra curriculars we wanted to do the day we got there and even booked us reservations at the restaurant every night.

Serenity is a wonderful luxury resort with amazing accommodations and fabulous food options at the restaurant on site. Full menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner within the all inclusive resort. Very relaxing by the pool and beach cabanas across the street provide a beach getaway which was outstanding. I cannot say enough about Serenity! Truly a gem and we’ll go back again. Lastly, the staff were all wonderful and provide top shelf service, especially our butler McCarthy! Highly recommend this resort

Most wonderful private room.

What an absolutely wonderful stay. Serenity is exactly what you get. The staff was friendly, the food was excellent, the room was perfect for quality time with your loved ones. All the privacy you need. You can stay there all week and never leave. Just call your butler on your private phone. He it she will fulfill anything you desire. The best part is the room. Peaceful, quit and private. You very own plunge pool!! Outdoor bar and fridge. Shaded seating area. Hammock and day beds. Order food and drinks and you'll never have to leave. The food is well suited for any pallet. The menu can be modified to suit your needs.

The staff at Serenity are phenomenal! So helpful, kind, and pleasing to interact with. Our sole issue is that we got bit up by bed bugs staying in our suit. We also missed a full day of our stay due to a flight change and the resort did not offer any comp or discount for us to make up the missed day.

Staying at Serenity was amazing for its luxury and second to none staff. There are few times that you'll want to stray from Serenity (both meanings of the word). We wanted to experience all of Coconut Bay so we had dinner at both La Luna and Silk, breakfast at Coconut Bay, and tried Harmony's bars. While good, we learned quickly where to spend most of our time. The mouth-watering dinners, luxurious and peaceful pool, attentive and very friendly staff, delicious bar drinks, large private patio and personal pool, rainhead shower, comfortable bed, and large tub made sure to keep us pampered. Expecting a fantastic breakfast in bed had me ready to wake up.The butlers, given time, will bring anything within reason to make your island experience paradise. Don't let Coconut Bay's location steer you away. It was very nice to be minutes away from leaving the airport. There was a constant breeze from the trade winds that wasn't present when we visited Soufriere. Also, the winds made the ocean a bit more rough, and I enjoyed it because the waves crashed louder (soothing) and the kayaking and paddle boarding was more challenging. We spent a fair amount of time at Paradise Beach and Mervin very kindly delivered lunch to us oceanside. There was a small issue with a nearby local and loud bar that disrupted our patio time, but Michael in the hospitality house was wonderful and went out of his way to quickly arrange us another room further away from the noise. It was heaven afterwards.
