「I booked this hotel as a stopover from Germany to Bastogne not expecting much, it actually turned out to be our favourite!
Katya was the perfect host, we had the place to ourselves and we could use the house as if it was our own.
We went out to look at restaurants for dinner (there are 2 Michelin star restaurants in the town, they’re very pricy though) but we found a fantastic Italian deli in the town and a carrefour and so rather than eat out, we made our own supper which was fab.

「1 overnatning på turen hjem. Der fortrød vi ikke, sjældent set bedre beliggenhed af et hotel, med udsigt over Schwarzwald og helt til Frankrig. Kunne sidde på terassen og spise med dette view over dalen. Selv på værelset var der balkon med bord og stol med udsigt over vinmarker. Vi kommer der igen, helt sikkert. Ligger lige på en vandrerute hvis man er til det. Dejlig service fra alle på hotellet.」
「Clean, quiet location. Easy to get to Strasbourg by a tram which is only five min drive from hotel. Parking at tram station easy. Cost of all day parking and ticket for two of us to the city and back was only 4.20 euros.

「Excellent hôtel de charme, typique allemand. Très joli hôtel dans petit village, personnel très aimable, serviable, polyglotte. Excellente restauration (dîner, petit dej) menu très varié et excellente cuisine pour nous qui sommes habitués au niveau de gastronomie française. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.」
