Nice near stay near Baden airport

Close to the airport, hotel was conveniently located to get to airport for an early morning flight. Very quiet and cozy environment. Heating and hot water worked great. Received complimentary water bootle. Basics were included including towels, etc.

quiet, simple, good wifi, good shower. breakfast basic (cold meats and one sort of omelette) but good enough to start the day. also a covered spot for storing the bicycle. i didn't like a photo of my ID was taken with a cellphone during check-in

The stay started with a terrible check-in at 7:45 where I had to prove I had a reservation and that I had paid for the room in advance - the staff did not bother to check the computer - I was made to feel I was a major inconvenience. The room was basic, German circa 1975, but not bad. It was clean, serviceable, and the water in the shower was warm. The Continental breakfast was the most basic we have had in a German hotel - sliced deli meats, two cheeses, boiled eggs, butter, one type of bread roll (which was warm and straight of the oven - that was nice) coffee, and jam. That was it. The best thing about it was it is an easy 7 minutes from the Baden-Baden Airport and it had free parking. Would I stay again? Perhaps, if I was flying from Baden-Baden and there weren't better hotels nearby.

Bawa ji, I can't thank you enough for your warmth and care you provided us during our short stay in your hotel. Goldy was exceptionally nice especially with Indian breakfast and his famous dood wali chai👌.

Think Twice Before Booking This Hotel We booked this hotel weeks in advance, knowing it was basic, but expected it to be fine for a one-night stay. Unfortunately, it was a disaster. We arrived at 11pm to find no reception and no keys. The listing promised a virtual check-in with lockbox details, but nothing was sent. The phone numbers provided didn’t connect or went to voicemail, and Hotels.com couldn’t reach them either. Eventually, a man appeared from a room with no apology, repeatedly asking if we had "just booked." When I explained we booked weeks ago, he claimed we hadn’t paid. I had to show proof of payment before he acknowledged our booking. Still no apology – just said, “my son changed the system.” When I said I’d complain, he told us to get out. I was understandably upset, but his lack of empathy made things worse. The room itself was clean but dated, with bags of empty bottles and dirty plates left in a cupboard. To top it off, loud music was playing from a group outside the hotel at 11pm. Our room faced the street, and I had to ask them to turn it down – thankfully, they were kind and did. All in all, an extremely stressful experience. Avoid if you want even the most basic level of hospitality.

Erst Chaos, dann wenigstens untergekommen

Hatte 2 Einzelzimmer für 2 Personen gebucht, bei der Ankunft stand nur 1 Zimmer zur Verfügung nach viel Palaver (ca. 1 1/2 Stunden) wurde uns dann ein Doppelzimmer zugeteilt, wobei der eine Raum eine Klimaanlage hatte und der mit dem anderen Bett total überhitzt war, ca. 28 bis 30 Grad.Der Hotel Manager hat sich wenigstens bemüht sodass eine Person nicht im Auto schlafen mußte.

Zimmerpres nicht hoch aber dennoch enttäuscht

Zimmer in weitaus schlechterem Zustand als auf den Bildern vermittelt. Bad hat stark gemüffelt. Viel Staub auf dem Boden. Waschbeckenabfluss undicht, Lampen mit mehreren Glühbirnevorrichtungen hatten nur eine Glühlampe.

Kleines Hotel mit sauberem Zimmer und guter Bettmatratze. Das Frühstück ist einfach aber für den Preis OK. Im Zimmer war ein Kühlschrank. Es gibt elektrische Rolladen zur Verdunklung. Morgens wird mann von den Glocken der dem Hotel gegenüberliegenden Kirche geweckt. Es gibt ausreichlich Parkplätze
