We are sad to read, that we were unfortunately not able to meet your expectations and we will share your experiences with our colleagues. Regarding your air condition, we have checked it right away and it is working indeed. Maybe you had troubles with the usage we suppose? Also regarding with WIFI, 10 minutes after your check in your should have received the username and password via Email (according to our system is was successfully sent on 20.08.21 at 18:19h). Additionally, we have also placed a sticker inside the wardrobe with all data needed. Again, we are very sorry that your stay did not met your expectations this time.
