房間臨馬路超吵、櫃檯不友善、地點絕佳
房間臨馬路超級無敵吵的，得把窗戶關起來，但關了窗戶又沒空調很悶；大部份的櫃檯對於提問很不耐煩，只有一個小女生比較友善；地點絕佳，但地鐵站出口要對，不然會走很多冤枉路！

地點很好
地點方便，坐地鐵或者巴士由機場或火車到達都很方便，而且臨近舊城區，步行可到主要景點。酒店職員態度還好，基本能配合要求。房間寬廣，以這個價錢能住到基本是物有所值，而且附早餐，款式雖然不多，但味道不錯。wifi 比較差，只能基本瀏覽網頁。

An economic chose to stay at Vienna
The subway station is 5 mins by walk. The subway station is three stops to Stephansdom and five stops to Schonbrunn Palace. Supermarket is next to the hotel. The room is big and clean. Breakfast is good and rich. It's a good chose to stay at Vienna But the outside noise from the road is annoying sometimes.

Room facilities are in perfect condition, bath room facility like new and perfect shower, washbasin and toilet, sufficient number towels provided with other toiletry product. Generally facility decorated reasonable quality, fresh like quality. TV size is small, it is two single beds, no plug socket near the bedside etc are little needy. Breakfast was provided good taste, fresh and perfect clean. Reception staff helpful. Hotel location is the perfect location to go anywhere in Vienna, well connected with local transport. Opposite side burger restaurant food was great.

Every feature was up to date and working perfectly such as the elevators, the bathroom water faucets and temperature even the television. The help came to clean the room everyday which was very good. The front desk help was young, very co-operative and ready to assist. The property deserves a 10.

Hotel con pulizia impeccabile. Posizione a 10 minuti a piedi da Hofburg e dal resto del centro di Vienna. Tutte le persone che lavorano sono gentili e disponibill. Colazione abbondante e di qualità, dolce e salata. Assolutamente consigliato!

Está muy bien ubicado. A 10’ andando del centro o menos de 5’ en autobús. Tuvimos las habitación de minusválidos, pero está muy amplia. El desayuno para estar incluido en el precio es muy completo y el servicio muy amable

Hotel was decent for what I wanted. Just a bit unclean as there were some hairs in the bathroom. Beds comfortable. WiFi unreliable.

Location not bad but could be better for $$$
Hotel was clean, quiet and well maintained. Location was about a 20 minute walk to the Opernring (where the attractions really start). We were there during a cold week so the walk seemed a little unnecessary. Service was good, breakfast was excellent. There is a good market right next door but the hotel itself has no food or drink options after the breakfast ends at 10:00am. So if you get thirsty or hungry plan on a walk of at least five minutes and probably more like ten. No microwave or fridge in the rooms.

Das Hotel ist hervorragend eingerichtet, sauber und - wenn erforderlich - Behinderten gerecht. Frühstück gut, Verkehrsanbindung hervorragend (Bus Halte vor der Haustür, U-Bahn in 150 Meter.

The atmosphere isn't great. There is nothing nearby once the store next door closes or on Sunday. Noisy if your room has street-side windows. Feels like a hospital, which is was many years ago.

Preis/Leistung ist ausgezeichnet. Alles ist funktionell eingerichtet. Frühstück ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet und zum Teil sehr hochwertig. Allerdings darf kein feudales Hotel erwartet werden.

Bed issue but otherwise GREAT!
Hotel is partially a student dorm, but this posed no issues. The breakfast was ample and tasty and the staff was attentive. My room had 2 twin beds, thankfully as on was missing 2 slats and gave in when I sat down. The other bed was fine and my stay went on without issue. Hotel allowed me to drop off bags before check in and even leave them after check out as I had a late flight. Would recommend!

Great spot, good location
Excellent! Room was clean, good shower, comfortable bed, clean sheets. Breakfast I thought wasVERY good. Bacon, eggs, fruit, cheeses, good cappuccino, juice and lots more. Good value great location!!

Ok for short stopovers, Room was fine and staff very helpful. Breakfast wasn’t amazing so went elsewhere, lots of choice and only 15 minute walk to michaelerplatz and short walk to U-Bahn so easy to get anywhere in Vienna.
