The hotel is in an excellent location downtown, just a few steps from St. Stephens Cathedral and other main attractions. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My room with a single bed was the smallest hotel room I ever stayed in. It was clean and quiet though. I did not have breakfast in the hotel and cannot comment on that.

Lovely room from 2nd day. First night we weee in an attic room, the bed was amazing but the room looked nothing like the pictures. The new room was very pretty but the bed was hard……you can’t have everything…..

Great location close to everyting we wanted to see in Vienna. Staff were excellent storing are bags before check in and after check out to allow us to explore. They were also spot on with dining recomendations.The upgrade to penthouse suite provided us with a very spacious room.
