"Chicken went well but when we got to our room it smelt dank like water had been sitting up in there for a minute. The only good thing about our stay is we were at the end of the hall right next to a door. The last night we stayed there. My husband got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night in the bottom left part of the porcelain tank on the toilet broke off and started spewing water everywhere. It was fortunate that he knew how to turn the water off because the attendant at the front desk probably would have known how to do that. The management was accusational when it was reported. My husband got cut but nobody asked if you was okay. Nobody asked if we were okay. They were more concerned about getting the toilet changed out for the quilt show. That was about to start up the next day. So much so that before I checked out that day. Darcy, the front desk attendant sent maintenance to the room at 8:30 and then again at 9:30 to get the toilet out of there. When I requested that he wait until the 11:00 checkout, she comped an attitude with me stating that we were supposed to be moved to a different room that she if she had known we were in the room she wouldn't have sent down there even though my husband had called from the room that morning to ask what time check- out was. The only good grace was. A. I worker named Jennifer that worked there Wednesday morning. When I went back because I thought I lost my phone, Darcy was checking in people on her personal phone that w"
"NIce Clean Room, did not show hot tub on website though, would have liked to know up front that the pool had a hot tub. Hot Breakfast was a great plus."
"There was mold in the AC unit and the Shower exhaust fan did not function properly. Also in room 105 One of the beds had a noticeable indentation. Next, I had to summon the male receptionist to literally turn the TV on because it’s a two step process. First you press the Aux button and secondly, the power button. At this point I was fed up. The hotel is in a very very VERY isolated area. If you miss your turn on “Vernelli Dr” GPS will recommend that you go on a rocky dirt road BEHIND “Vernelli’s auto/Towing warehouse.” Once again very isolated and practically invisible depending on which direction you’re coming from. I was transferred to room 106 without any rebuttals. In room 106 there’s no ironing board. When I inquired about such a Female receptionist met me with “ Legally it’s not required to have an iron and ironing board in every room”. Then proceeded to give me a percentage of what’s required by the hotel. “Yes Sir!” Or “Right away Sir” is actually the correct response- Not greeting me with the technicality. I eventually followed her to a vacant open room and she retrieved the board for me. After playing hardball with me she started to treading lightly by asking me about my hat. Long story short she told me that there was an extraterrestrial reading a book if you turn the Chicago Bulls cap upside down. Interesting to say the least but that’s neither here nor there. I did not enjoy my stay to say the least and will require a full Refund ASAP!!!"
"We booked a room from hotel .com for 89,first night no problem, wanted to stay another night so they checked us out just to check right back in,no problem, so we get back on hotel .Com and got it again for 89 a night, the lady said no it's wrong and she doesn't understand how we got it for that cheap,we said hotel .Com and she acted has if we were doing something wrong, huff and puffed and said ok I'll do it,just for me to get back to the room to see that somehow my card was charged 129 for the room, not very cool at all,we simply used hotel.
Com and she didn't believe me even though we showed here the web site and what it said,so them or hotel.com need to communicate better,we have stayed here at least 5 times in the last 2 years, now never again,"
"Room was clean, bed were comfortable, air conditioning took a long time to kick in, breakfast was mainly carbs not much protein especially protein small children would eat. "
