「I stayed there from June 4th to 12th. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and politeness of the staff. The price was reasonable and very centrally located. The amenities were in great working condition and never did have any problems. Will return again if I need a hotel and will recommend it.」

「The hotel was very convenient for my work with the Mother Teresa charity. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and I felt well looked after, which is important for an old lady travelling alone. 」

「They need update the photo gallery, because the hotel is only 2 floors and they don’t have restaurant, they cheating about the photo of the hotel because the hotel looks like a big building and not is the hole building .」

「The hotel location is not correct in Expedia. I booked it because it showed the location fairly place, BBD downtown Kolkata. It turns out the hotel is in another town, 1h outside Kolkata. It is a deceitful advertisement on Expedia page. The hotel is located off a busy road with little to no amenities around. The owner (or manager) first offered me to stay as a guest and the day after was adamant on not refunding my booking. Terrible experience if you are a foreigner. 」
