「The one redeemable fact is that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. When we checked in, it seemed like it was going to be nice. Then everything needed or wanted in the room was not available. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee packets or cream, sugar, etc. There was a phone to the front desk, but it had no dial tone and was unusable. There was a TV with a very unusual/complicated system to get "into" it, and there were no directions/instructions as to how to operate it. ...

I chose this hotel because of breakfast, however the 2 days I was there, none was offered, waited till 6:20 each morning (breakfast starts at 6am). Location was close proximity to food and entertainment. 」
