「Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the pool bunk room and the lower area king bed was so soft and felt like it gave us a hug. The female manager, was very rude to a homeless man and’s embarrassed him in front of a crowd of hotel guests & we were all very appalled by her snooty & unkind words to him. He only asked for a cup of coffee. She was such an ugly personal. Could’ve given him a banana or something. He’s a human being!」
