"My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and found it to be overall a good hotel.
Good points:
The private beach was very nice and towels were given
The swimming pools were good
The room was a great size and comfortable
The breakfast had a good choice
Bad points:
The water pressure and temperature was terrible. Had a drip of a shower!
The air conditioning didn't work very well
Quite a few corners were cut to make things cheaper - the apple juice at breakfast was seriously watered...

Very helpful staff with great local knowledge; Jakop recommended three fantastic restaurants. "Terrible experience. Rude and unhelpful staff, endless rules, and unfair charges. We had to clean the apartment ourselves, throw out our garbage, and still pay €60 for cleaning. They demanded a €300 deposit, embarrassed us in front of guests over a partial tax payment, and the checkout employee even refused to help me carry my heavy suitcase despite my back condition. Zero hospitality, just stress. Avoid this place at all costs."

"What an amazing place to stay!
We had a nightmare with our flights and arrived a day later than expected. They upgraded us, gave us a bottle of wine and also only charged us for the time stayed.
Place had so much to do for kids and it was absolutely beautiful.
We will definitely be back, hopefully next year!

A few notes to improve
The path walking to the old town needs some serious lightning at night. I understand it's not part of the property but the hotel should work with the city to put some lighting at night. It can get very sketchy coming back at night.
If I'm ordering food in the outside area, don't make the customer go inside to pay, I'm paying a premium for this service. It's called dine in for a reason.
The jacuzzi wasn't warm
Everything else was great, breakfast was amazing, the pool and the room was spacious.
