This hotel has all the facilities. The reception is very slow to update its booking system to long time to check in 30 minutes to check out as the hotel could not see that we had paid. . The hotel has amazing facilities . And very relaxing. The volume of people in the restaurant makes difficult for 4 star food . The hotel may well benefit from a fine dining experience.

It was ok but I expected a lot more, food was average, just seem to charge for everything though, facilities such as swimming, sauna and gym was good. Hotel overall was ok nothing special.

You don’t want to stay here unless you have kids

There is nothing says it’s a family hotel We had a issue and want to talk to the hotel manager, she made it so hard, the front desk called her 3 times, we thought she was home turning out she was just next door in the office. The toilet cover has stains and the bathroom door has yellow spots. Foods are salty, don’t bother booking HB, not worth it.

Soweit alles in Ordnung! Nur im Oliva war immer alles unter jeder Würde. Hier hätte ein 2 od. 3 Kellner in den Stoßzeiten so einiges bewirkt! Wartezeiten auf ein Getränk ca. 45 Min. auf Essen 75 Min. einfach schlecht!!! LG Lechner

Ein ausgesprochen gutes Kinderhotel! Die Nähe zum Strand und der Stadt! Obwohl das Hotel gut gebucht war kam es uns nicht überfüllt vor! Einzig der Kinderpool könnte etwas größer sein!

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, sowohl an der Reception als auch im Bar und Restaurationsbereich. Sehr schöne Zimmereinrichtung, viel Stauraum und von den Meer/Stadtblick Zimmer einen tollen Ausblick. Das Buffet Restaurant bietet eine sehr breite Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Speisen und Desserts an. Hier kann es zu den Hauptzeiten doch recht geschäftig zu und her gehen und der Geräuschpegel entsprechend ansteigen. Grosse Poolanlage innen/aussen, Wellness und Unterhaltung, Beachclub und viele Parkplätze direkt am Hotel.

Nice

Adequate quality buffet with plenty of options was a good choice with small number of restaurants open in the pre-pre-season and the indoor pool was a saviour on a rainy day. Comfy beds and friendly staff helped too.

We Meant to stay at another hotel but due to 'technical difficulties' we were moved here and we ere so glad we were. The hotel is right on the harbour. It takes about 10 minutes to walk into Rab City itself. The facilities at the hotel are great, staff are very attentive and do a wonderful job. The food buffets for breakfast and dinner are amazing there was so much choice and something for everyone even the fussiest eater. we had two comments though. the drinks in the bar are very expensive compared to a local bar next door to the hotel. we paid 32 Kuna for a beer and a g & T in the little bar next door but the same was 92 Kuna in the hotel . I'm sure they have to make a profit but if they reduced their bar prices guests would spend more time in the hotel. If you have mobility difficulties or are of short stature you may find it tricky getting out of the shower. The shower is over the bath and the bath is a lovely deep bath ideal if you want to soak but not so ideal if you have a shower and then try to step out of the bath, I am 5feet 8inches tall and struggled to step out of the bath. However I would certainly recommend this hotel

Modernes Hotel und freundliches Personal, Zimmer etwas klein. Gute Lage. Hauptsächlich Gäste aus Deutschland (, die gerne ihre Liegen über Stunden reservieren) und Österreich. Altersdurchschnitt gefühlt 55 bis 60, obwohl auch sehr gutes Angebot für Kinder, junge Erwachsene.

Nous n’avons pas beaucoup apprécié les deux jours passés dans cette hôtel car le personnel n’était pas du tout aimable ( pas de sourire, souffle et aucune explication, oubli les commandes au bar) la chambre pas du tout bien équipé ( pas de nécessaire pour faire le thé le café et dans un quatre-étoiles nous estimons que c’est le minimum ) et la nourriture médiocre ( aliments sans saveurs, table pas dressées et aucun serveur ne vientnous voir pour nous commander des boissons)

Worst hotel ever-I've travelled all over the globe

Horrible stay overall. Gabi at reception gave us an extremely small room and insisted it's a "triple room", I was forced on a very small child-sized bed even though two doubles as a minimum were advertised. I was lied to! Gabi was very rude as well. She told me to come back to reception to complete the checkin after one hour as she was busy checking others in. Gabi asked for full payment even though the hotel stay was already prepaid. She denied knowledge of the prepayment. She asked for payment again in full at checkout, I had to remind her that she already managed to find the prepaid booking the before. The waiter at the breakfast said we are not entitled to breakfast as we don't have a paid for reservation. It was so embarrassing in front of all the other guest. Another waiter came and asked for payment too!! I had to go to reception to clear this! The hotel charges for drinks at the "free breakfast and dinners" so it's not really free. Please listen to my advice and DO NOT STAY here. All staff were rude too. The sauna took our payment and later told us it's only going to be open for an hour but they haven't turned on the heating yet, which will take about 20 min. Trashy and loud music was played around 10 pm under the title "dance show". You are better off in an airbnb.

Pour nous c'est un hôtel 5 étoiles *****. Nous avons adoré l'emplacement et nous avons été traité avec beaucoup de soins. Le service était inégalé. Je le recommanderais sans hésitation.

Great stay but go out for dinner

Very nice resort in a wonderful town. We were disappointed by the “half board” option, however, as the restaurant is all buffet, even for dinner. We would stay again but only include breakfast at the hotel.

Schönes Hotel mit Komfort

Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Das Personal ist bemüht und vor allem im Spa- Bereich wird man verwöhnt. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag geputzt. Sowohl das Frühstücksbuffet als auch am Abend gab es eine große Auswahl an Essen- manchmal war es leider nur mehr lauwarm. Der Lärm von der Straße ist laut, sodass wir am Weihnachtsabend viel Lärm hatten.
