「The studio apartment itself was great - very spacious, very well-equipped and exceptionally clean. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The check in process was easy and straightforward. The location is good, being very close to Woolloongaba restaurants/eateries and an easy 18 minute walk to South Bank. Buses also run continuously to South Bank from the Mater Bus Station. 「On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.」

「Unfortunately, the apartment we were allocated was quite run down and did not feel clean or well maintained. The curtains were broken and hanging down, the shower and bathroom had significant mould, the carpet was dirty, and the mirrors were also unclean. Overall, this made the apartment feel quite unhygienic and in need of a thorough clean and some maintenance. Our friends’ apartment also had a large crack in one of the window panes, which was concerning. The common areas of the building were...
