「The property was very nice, and clean. The location was excellent, and had beautiful views. The bed was super confortable. The shower was okay but the overhead rain shower didnt work properly, and the bathroom sink pipe was also leaking. Everything else was great.」

「Very convenient location near Central Station. apartment is spacious. Unfortunately no air conditioner in the two bedrooms, only a small unit in the living room.
A lot of pests, flies and bugs in the room and toilet everyday, cooking hood not working, cooking stove working intermittently and not fixed for the entire stay of 5 days.
Front desk very difficult to reach, has to physically go down every time and response is kind of slow. Ample opportunity for improvements.
Overall, an OK...

「到了下午4:00都還沒收到入住的訊息，打電話也一直聯絡不上，到了4:30才有人接電話，真的很糟糕，到了房間後發現浴室很多設備都是壞的，晚上還有樓下的房客來敲門說他們的房間在漏水，問我們浴室是否有積水，但是我們的浴室是乾的啊，真的太爛了」

「I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Super clean, super quiet, extremely nice furnature, and it included a laundry and kitchen (even a dishwasher) in the room. A true home away from home!」

「The location was perfect. The room was nice but needs better cleaning.
Its difficult to.check in as no one is at the front. I was never given instructions on how to check in until I cntacted the host multiple times and he sent it to me only when I was there.
Host was pleasant to deal with on the phone.
No elevators so if your room is on the 3rd floor it will be difficult for someone elderly.
Overall its good and the location might be the only reason I would go back.」
