Very close to the train station - very convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant in the morning was small, but good. Highly recommend this location! Unfortunately the accommodations were lacking in some basic provisions that we had expected would be provided such as toilet paper, pillow cases for the extra pillows which we required, drying towels for dishes, Also of importance is that to there is not parking spot provided which we understood from the website...

"The address of the hotel was wrong on the Hotels.com web site. After an anxious hour or so our host was kind enough to come and get us, we were on foot walking the Via Francigena and the additional 4 miles back would have been a killer. Our host arranged for a cab the next morning so we were back on schedule. Worth the cab expense to keep on schedule. Wonderful evening meal and a great hotel. I would visit it again."

While the walk to and from the property was a bit challenging for a traveler with heavy luggage, the warm-hearted people of Orvieto helped me so much that I felt nothing but happiness throughout my stay.
