"Das Zimmer war geräumig, aber extrem kalt. Wie wir am nächsten Tag herausfanden, gab es im ganzen Haus Probleme mit der Heizung. Es ist sehr enttäuschend, dass man nicht proaktiv darüber informiert wurde. Zusatzdecken mussten wir anfragen, wir wurden nicht selbstständig zusätzlich ausgerüstet. Ausserdem war die Fensterschliessung in unserem Zimmer defekt, die Fenster und der Balkonzugang dichteten nicht gut ab, was zusätzlich sehr kalt machte. Für den bezahlten Preis wäre wirklich eine bessere...

This ”little detour” was half an hour on serpentine roads through a mostly uninhabited Italian landscape, and the inhabitated parts looking a little like the rural parts of Alabama. "The hotel surpassed our expectations! The room was immaculate and refreshed to the same standard every day. Every member of the staff was cordial and helpful. We only had breakfast one morning (which is included) and there were many varieties of foods to choose. Lunch and dinner at The Bistro were excellent, as was the service. We were meeting my Italian relatives for the first time, and most meals were at their homes, so we did not have the chance to eat at Atilier. Next time! We are already deciding when we will come back to Domodossola and the Eurossola Hotel!"
