Fremragende til prisen

Dejlig oplevelse i en suite på toppen af en gammel ejendom i bymidten. Alt fungerede upåklageligt. Vi vil garanteret se på SPA Hotellet når vi igen skal til Viborg

Bliv væk! Dårlig oplevelse desværre.

Normalt er vi ikke super kritisk og prisen er fortsat billig i forhold til andre hoteller i Viborg, men der var bare for mange ting ved dette ophold som gør, at vi absolut ikke kan anbefale dem: 1. Henvisning til opgang og værelse er forkert på siden af hotellet. Dørkode virker ikke. Blev henvist til en brandtrappe i stedet for. OK virker, men for ældre mennesker, meget bagage eller dårligt gående er dette et no-go. 2. I køleskabet og fryser var der rester fra tidligere gæster. Ikke rengjort. Ingen viskestykke eller karklude i køkkenet. Beklager. Det har vi ikke med hjemmefra. 3. Vi fik aldrig gang i fjernsynet. Appel-tv casten virkede ikke trods talrige forsøg og batteri skift. 4. Det har intet med SPA at gøre. Ikke en eneste henvisning på værelset om sauna eller spa. 5. Ved afrejse bliver vi gjort opmærksom på, at vores betaling ikke er gået igennem. Jeg henviser til at den er betalt via Hotels, men receptionisten fastholder at værelset ikke er betalt. Vi betaler, men må senere konstatere, at opholdet er betalt 2x. Vi henvender og til hotellet og sender alle kvitteringer/bilag på betalingerne. Vi hører intet retur fra dem. Har måtte ringe 3 gange for at høre om de ikke havde modtaget vores mail. Hver gang bliver der henvist til, at de kigger på sagen. Vi har intet hørt retur fra hotellet endnu og har måtte blande Hotels.com ind i sagen. Så ringe kundeservice har vi aldrig oplevet før. Summen af ovenstående gør, at vi absolut IKKE kan anbefale hotel SPA / PALADS (samme hotel

Ganske fint, med spa på badeværelset, Og køkken. Der er ingen Kanaler på tv’et ud over DR. Morgenmaden er supergod, men lidt for lille til alle de folk.

Vi måtte skifte det tildelte rum ud fordi Wifi ikke virkede. Efter flere forsøg på løsning af problemet fik vi et andet rum i en anden bygning hvor det fungerede - det var træls at skulle pakke ned igen - men jeg vil gerne fremhæve receptionisten Gustav på 16 år som holdt hovedet koldt og gav os en mega fin behandling -

Hotellets bygninger ligger spredt ud over et stort område i byen 2 sal ingen elevator Når man har sovet og skal have morgenmad må man gå ned fra 2 sal Bevæge sig temmelig langt (flere gader) op i byen for og spise morgenmad derefter tilbage igennem byen og op på 2 sal

Godt hotel centralt i Viborg

Godt hotel midt i Viborg, men lidt slidt. Svært at finde frem til rette dør i annekset, hvilket ikke mindst skyldtes en upræcis skiltning og vejledning fra hotellet. Men god hjælp da vi ringede til receptionen. Alt fungerede ellers fint. OK morgenmad men røræggene havde ikke behøvet helt så lang tilberedning...

Skuffende oplevelse

Suiten levede ikke op til vores forventninger. Der var edderkopper over alt, manglede malerier og utætte slanger. Der var Chromecast på værelset men ingen batterier i fjernbetjeningen. Døren vsr ulåst da vi ankom til værelset. Der skal da lyder rosende ord til Morgenmads buffet.
