「We had a lovely stay at this property. What really stood out to us were the amazing staff, who went above and beyond to make sure that we had a lovely stay and trip to Crans-Montana. They were so wonderful in helping to make dinner reservations, suggest hiking trails, provide maps, and call taxis. If you are visiting during the summer, please note that there is no air conditioning at this hotel, but they do provide fans.」

「Arrived earlier than the check-in time yet, but the hotel host greeted me with such welcomed warmth and made me feel truly welcome -welcomed me with a cup of coffee while I was waiting for the my room -such a nice touch. Other host were so attentive and looked after me throughout my stay. Their hospitality was exceptional - from the beginning pick up at the station and dropped off until the day left. 「Le personnel à l'accueil très sympathique et il y a un emplacement pour mettre en sécurité le vélo. Emplacement de l'hôtel en vieille ville très bien. Le tram passe sous la fenêtre mais ne circule pas la nuit donc ça va.」

「Bad Japanese restaurant is a rip off and sushi is bad. Staff appear to be friendly but it’s all just pretense and are not as helpful as they claim to be. Breakfast isn’t great either. Took 20 mins for fried eggs to arrive and don’t even have sausage on the menu.」
