「The property was well maintained」

「The breakfast is great, and there are snacks, drinks, beer, red and white wine, etc. in the evening from Monday to Wednesday. The washing machine and dryer are free for guests to use, which is very suitable for long-term stays.」

「Our stay at the Victoria Hotel was great. A nice, quiet location in a residential neighbourhood with the beach and shops a quick car ride away. The room was clean, well air-conditioned and stocked with complimentary coffee. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The host are very responsive and accommodating. Only downside was the pool not being open but we would definitely stay here again.」

「住宿体验不是很完美！工作效率太低」

「The coffee in the room was good. Would have been nice to have had different flavours in creamer, rather than just the original. No complimentary water in the room, had to keep asking the front desk. Would have been nice to have had 2 bottles a day placed into the room. A free airport shuttle would have been helpful too.」

「For a relatively new hotel, the equipment (elevator out of service), the ice machine was out of service on our floor and other floors I checked, the room sleeps 4, but only coffee and tea for two people for 2 days, we got no basic room service for the time we stayed there, and we could not get clean towels. These are basic expected things. The overall experience was not bad as the room was comfortable and the AC had low noise, and breakfast was satisfactory for on the go.」

「Bar was the best part」

「乾淨，員工超親切，離機場不遠，雖然只有早上有接駁巴士，但如果不在排班時間內，飯店也很願意為你提供服務」
