「Cute new boutique hotel. They recently added access to a local gym for the guests. Beautiful pool area. Very convenient as guests can walk to all the restaurants and nightlife downtown.」

「Good」

「There are many mosquitoes in the room, the hygiene is not very good, the equipment is old, the front desk service is good」

「The innkeeper was very kind and helpful, breakfast was delicious, and the inn's location is right next to downtown Pensacola. Great overall.」

「We had a nice clean warm bed and shower. The suite was very nice and clean.」

「Room didn’t feel clean. I spilled water on the floor and used a towel to clean the spill. The towel was filthy after wiping up the water. Shower curtain had holes in it and the shower head was rusted. Sheets seemed clean and staff changed the sheets and made the bed daily. Staff was friendly.」

「Great customer service. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean. Room is equipped with full size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine. Separate living room. Breakfast had a wide selection. No powdered eggs ☺️. Hotel has laundry onsite. Ample parking, no fee. Close to shopping, restaurants, highway. Air vondiyioner worked great. The only issue was the fridge was loud. I would definitely stay here again.」

「good」

「Very friendly staff, quiet and clean room」

「Always a nice place to stay, rooms are always clean and spacious, friendly staff. The pool was out of service which was a huge bummer but the indoor pool and hot tubs were functional and we could use our neighbor hotel pools」

「很好 。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。」

「The rooms were large, large refrigerator, large microwave, everything close in the area especially the mall. Very large mall. Enjoyed our stay.」

「Good stay」

「The hotel had a fresh clean smell upon walking in the door. The room was comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and had a good breakfast; although, the waffle machine was out of products. Front lady at the desk could have been friendlier. I guess she was having a bad day cause the computer was down. Wasn’t my fault. She said her speech about if you need anything, let me know, but I could tell she didn’t mean it. Room was clean minus a little bit of hair in shower. I’m sure housekeeping...

「Great place! Lots of scents - ended up being allergic to their hand soap and lotion, but otherwise great stay!」
