Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The guy who did our check in was amazing and the next day he kept our luggage and came back before check in time to give it back. Great hotel and perfect location, literally 2 minutes walk to the Arena and shopping.

Great location, friendly staff, lots of privacy

I really enjoyed my stay here. They upgraded me to a room with a lovely little patio that I enjoyed in the mornings. The wifi was great, something I do not often encounter in Italian hotels, and I was able to upload/download large photo files for work and stream without any problems. The hotel is centrally located in the old town and with my room at the back, I didn't hear any street noise at night. Comfortable bed, working AC. The receptionist was lovely and I felt like I had a lot of privacy and peace and quiet, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again.

It's safe and the host is very kind and co-operative, the only down side of this place is no elevator to your room. They help u to take up ur lagagges but it feels unfair to them. If they could fix the elevator would b perfect.

The location is the only aspect in favor of this hotel. It is decades past its prime and has not been renovated or renewed since. On a summer day and night a rattling and inefficient a/c can only be endured with earplugs. Staff acted at times in a deceptive manner. Poor organizational skills.
