Beautiful hotel near the airport. Modern and clean. The only downside is it’s a bit too far to walk to the airport (with luggage) and the taxi ride is only 3 minutes but ended up costing much more than expected due to our ride being in early morning hours and the surcharge for going to the airport. If you don’t need to taxi to/from airport would definitely recommend!

Comfortable and quiet hotel away from center noises. A 15-min bus ride away from the center. If you are attending opera at the arena, it will probably end after midnight and you will need to pay for taxi back. This can be prearranged with the hotel. Very easant stay and delicious cappuccinos

The room was a bit small, and the hot water was only warm. But, overall, it was a nice place! The staff was also pleasant and very helpful. They do shut the place down at 7pm. But, it may be the time of year, Feb. When i was there. But, it's easy to get in and out. It's a very safe place and several dinning options near by. Overall, i highy recommend this hotel.

One of the poorest stay in all time

Very horrible experience! The air condition is not working and no staff you can ask after 7pm! I have to go back to my car to switch on the air condition to cool myself. Really thought of just sleeping in the car is more comfortable than in the room! Have to open the window for ventilation but the hotel located on a major road which is very noisy.

We booked the flight and got the hotel stay insurance as recommended by Expedia. In mid-May we discovered we could not get airline tickets for our June trip. Simply no flights available. So we canceled all of our hotels except this one would not cancel/refund. Even though they knew our group of six could not get there. We communicated with them ahead of time.Our simple insurance claim on this one hotel stay has now been pending for over three months! Hotel won't refund the group and neither will Expedia, which says to contact the travel insurance company they recommended. That company (AIG/AON) continues to put our claim off further. We hope to return to Italy in 2021, but these things I know for sure: 1) we will not stay at Hotel Opera and 2) we will not use Expedia to book it or use their travel insurance.
