「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「What a great hotel! Everything looked new, was spotless and with great decor. I loved the location! It was within walking distance of major attractions, yet tucked away in a corner for a quiet and private time. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. They gave my daughter and I, a face mask one evening. On our way out, they treated us to a goodie bag with water and cookies for our journey out. I definitely recommend and will stay there again. 」

「We stayed here as part of a month long trip exploring France, Italy and Switzerland and this was one of our favourite stops. We had our two French bulldogs with us. The gardens are stunning the pool is to die for (as is the spa however the weather was too hot to make the most of). Lovely room and done so tastefully. We will be back for sure.」

「올드 베로나에서 숙박할 수 있어서 중세 시대로 돌아간 느낌이고. 호텔 안은 최신식르로 리노베이션 되어 있어서 만족합니다. 아침 식사는 방으로 배달해 주시고 양이 너무 많아서 반 밖에 못 먹었습니다. 처음에 찾아가서 들어가는 방법을 몰라서 프론트의 도움을 받았어요. 외국인은 거의 모를듯 합니다. 대만족 합니다. 」
