"Had a mix up with the room reservation. Hotels.com was fabulous to work with following the stay to correct this as well as Travis (Sales at Holiday Inn). Breakfast was good with a variety of options and comfortable beds."

"While breakfast was basic, there was a staff member on site, ensuring everything was kept fresh and the inventory was full. There was a waffle maker available, but I chose a banana and yogurt for breakfast. There were four different juices to choose from, plus coffee and tea. The front desk personnel were friendly. I missed having a tablet and pen in the room, however. "

"The only improvement I could suggest would be to include breakfast with the stay. The elevator from parking ramp wasn't working so we had to carry our luggage up & down the stairs, but other than that the hotel location & stay was wonderful."
