「Die Zimmer sind vor Kurzem relativ hochwertig renoviert worden, alles war sehr sauber und neuwertig. Wegen eines technischen Problems im ersten Zimmer wurden wir unkompliziert in ein anderes umquartiert, die Kommunikation war extrem freundlich und schnell. An der Rezeption war Kaffee und heißes Wasser verfügbar, zudem kleine Snacks zum Frühstück. Uns hat es insgesamt sehr gut gefallen und wir würden definitiv wieder dort übernachten.」

「Planned a surprise getaway for my husband’s bday, and booked a King Suite w/private hottub on orbitz. Well they royally screwed up the booking and the hotel has us down for only a standard queen room. Orbitz was a nightmare to deal with to get this sorted, and my weekend would have been ruined if it weren’t for the front desk agent, Darcie, at Chipeta. What a saint! 「We stayed in the Black Canyon cabin. It was very clean and spacious. The guy in the office was very helpful. It was a great combination of rustic and modern for a girl who doesn’t like camping. It had everything you need, running water, heat, a refrigerator with lots of trees around. I would recommend it to friends. 」
