The water line into the fill up bowl of the toilet was not installed properly and water ran out of the back. The inside of the hotel looked old, the bathroom floor tile was cracked. When they restocked towels they did not check the shampoos and conditioners. We just were not impressed.

This is a budget hotel. Staff went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and happy! The room was clean, basic but the air conditioning was cold, controlled by me and that made my night! The young lady at the front desk… awesome!

Property was poorly maintained and most touch surfaces in the hotel were dirty. The hall and room were musty and smelly. I had to bury air freshener to stay. My daughter had white socks on and the were black from walking in the carpet. Breakfast was very minimal. After check out I received a $20 charge from the hotel and i have no idea why... no one ever answered at the front desk....would not stay again.

Although I thought very highly of the staff this hotel was in the midst of being remodeled. It’s an older facility and I was asked to join their rewards program on line prior to check in providing all my information and was kicked off at least 5 times before they accepted the info. I then received at least ten repeat emails and texts about being a member which I was forced to do in order to receive internet connection. The light breakfast was disappointing also. We won’t use Microtel again.

The room was pretty clean , they could have done better in the bathroom! We didn’t have hand soap, shampoo or conditioner in the dispensers & our toilet was running the whole time ! They filled the dispensers . They couldn’t stop the toilet from running, it was going to be too intensive to fix ! So it was pretty irritating! Breakfast was ok

A very comfortable and well maintained family run property in a quiet location. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable with plush pillows and linens. My room included a cute window seat that overlooked the vegetable garden. Amenities include a small pool, breakfast bar, laundry room, ice machine and plenty of parking. A cash deposit is required for pets, which was promptly returned after a quick room inspection.
