Excellent amenities, you don't need to leave the resort if you don't want to! The overall value of this place is amazing. Dined/played/boating all were amazing. The only negative feedback I would give is that the front desk staff seemed annoyed to check us in and out? It did not subtract from the enjoyment of my stay, just odd nonetheless.

Great place

Very pretty and well-manicured hotel and grounds. Beautiful golf course/lakeside setting with large pool and "hot" hot tub, plus indoor pool. We were a bit off-season (mid May) and dining options were limited; several were closed. The golf courses are stunning.

This was our second visit to Shangri-La Resort (the first being over five years ago). Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. We spent most of our time at the resorts pool and at The Anchor. I will say, the expense of the food and beverages was less than desirable. I would recommend guests to bring as much snacks and food as they can manage.

The property was great for a small get-a-way. I would like to try and go back in the summer when the outdoor pool and other restaurants are open. The pizza at The Alley is good though. All staff was very nice and went above and beyond to us navigate our first time there.
