「Stanza spaziosa e pulita. Il bagno della mia stanza era molto grande e pulito. La struttura è molto bella e ben curata. La vicinanza alla strada principale lo rende comodo per accedere alla città anche a piedi ma un leggermente rumoroso la notte a causa del traffico. Colazione ottima 」

「整體環境都是蠻好的，就是距離機場有點距離。另外，可能當時我們晚上很晚CHACK IN，接待我們的櫃台阿姨感覺並不親切，態度也強硬，因為隔天一早就要還車上飛機，我選擇默默承受。若可以的話我還是會選擇剛來第一天在機場旁邊的萬豪酒店。」

「The staff of this hotel are very kind and really care for our well being, specially Mr Antonio he makes sure that we have something to eat when we go out early for our tours, always asking if we are ok. He goes above and beyond. It makes our stay really good.」

「Great amenities, a little out of the way from central Florence but if you research a bit you will know this. Amenities and stay wise… zero complaints! TV situation (which I’m seeing is a thing) wasn’t the greatest only because you will need an hmdi to watch anything other than local tv, but still doesn’t take away from the stay. One word… Perfecto!」

「早餐挺好，咖啡好喝。酒店设施也不错，挺舒服的。不满意的有2处，一是房间内没有杯子，只有一次性塑料杯，不喜欢。二是早餐的煮鸡蛋是凉的」

「Due to bring some wine during this trip then go to hotel restaurant to request to open it and borrow glass. But the chef salad if want to use in room need pay 3euro. I just mean if hotel restricted borrow out of equipment please just rejected no need to request customer extra pay for this it’s really in comfortable 」

「開始給我房間空調是壞了，空調位置還不斷滴水，開始的時候跟我說沒有房間可以更換。 幸好當值經理很盡責，給我更換了一間房間，免得我在沒有空調，有漏水危險情況下的房間住一個晚上。 硬件不好，但感謝當值人員的服務」
