"Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good although hotel staff at the breakfast area approached us and assumed we were taking food for later consumption and had charged our room for extra 4 breakfasts which we found out about at check out. We never took anything extra. The front desk staff understood our concern and cleared the charges. So be aware when you check out. Otherwise room was comfortable and very close to centrale station. "

"We booked 3 rooms on our 4 days stay in Milan. The hotel is very accessible (2 minutes walk) to the Milan Centrale Train Station which by itself a grand building of architectural masterpiece. Take time to view it at night which yields an extraordinary beauty when the top train station facade is illuminated. The hotel is clean with great amenities. Beds are comfortable too. This hotel served consistently superb buffet breakfast and more importantly the staff are very knowledgeable, hospitable and cordial. We flew so early in the morning and their packed/to go breakfast was our savior for filling our hunger (as we run out of time during our check in at the airport). Our heartfelt thanks to the hotel staff for their great service. Milan airport staff allowed us to carry the packed breakfast up to the air Dolomiti flight. Overall, this hotel is a must place to stay in Milan and will definitely choose IQ hotel if we will visit next time."

"We had 2 single rooms (which were very small and dark on the ground floor) but they were clean and warm. Beds were hard and the rooms were rather tired but we were only there for a night and the location is very convenient. Reasonable price for the location. Can't comment on breakfast as our rate didn't include it. Friendly reception staff. Would recommend for the location and cleanliness."

"The location of the hotel was excellent, right opposite a tram stop that takes you right into the centre. It’s also only 15 minute to the Duomo. Breakfast was very good, lots of fresh choices. Would highly recommend this hotel "

"First of all the location of the hotel given its proximity to Milano Centrale is excellent. After a 30 hour journey I arrived at the hotel at approx 9am. I was offered an early check in at no cost if I joined the “Leonardo Hotels Guest program”. I was delighted to be given access to my room early. Unfortunately I was allocated a room on Level 1 (of 11 floors). This room was so low to the street level I could constantly hear the noise from the subway system during operating hours. The first night on three occasions people were talking loudly as they passed my room (the closest one to the elevators) so after long flights I had a poor nights sleep. I cannot understand why staying for five nights in shoulder season that I would be given a level one room! The room was clean and pretty well appointed and as I said location is great. At checkout no-one asked how I enjoyed my stay or similar. Special mention of the guys on the front door that were so polite and helpful. Overall a bit disappointing. "
