"Front desk staff and concierge were accommodating and friendly. One person was not so nice - ignored us standing there for quite a while even though no one else was around. But other than that, excellent! Spa was amazing! We enjoyed it every day. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This is a very antique building located close the Malpensa Milan airport in the small town of Casorate Sempione with great food and very friendly staff. Very helpful too. The shuttle service to the airport is a good plus but limited possibilities for public transportation to Milan. It is necessary to walk around 500 meters to reach the train station that is scheduled every hour and restricted on Sundays. Anyway we liked the experience."

Views and spa facilities were incredible. Couldn’t recommend enough. I am gluten free and only had to tell the restaurant once. The next day they remembered, freshly made gluten free bread every day.
