「They could use more pillows. Had a king size bed with 3 pillows and they were flat.」

「The staff was excellent! However there was offensive smells in hallway followed by the overwhelming smell of bug spray in the room which triggered an asthma attack. A spider in the bathroom. And we immediately had to leave as I couldn’t breathe. My daughter also had trouble breathing and got dizzy. I took a breathing treatment and she went back in to check out/cancel the room. The manager removed all fees for us immediately. As she also didn’t want me to end up in the hospital with asthma...

「The room was ready a short time before 3 which was helpful. We were able to check in an get dressed for a wedding that was at 4. The room was clean and modern. The lounge area was bright and inviting. We met friends downstairs for breakfast, it was enough variety to choose from. Overall a great comfortable stay and we would stay again if ever in the area.」

「We’ve been staying at this hotel for the last four years over the Memorial Day weekend and 2026 was likely the last time we will stay. There was a significant leak coming from the ceiling in the sitting/dining area just pass the lobby. The room had a stale cigarette smell that did not leave. The in room AC unit is stuck on Eco mode and was unable to cool down our room. Couch in the suite had stains on the couch cushions.」

「I was really disappointed with this stay. The vent in the bathroom was held to the ceiling with duct table. It appears they attempted to seal a crack in the top and caulking was blatantly visible. The tv turned on and volume up and down, but we couldn't change the channels. Got a new remote, new batteries for the old remote, still didn't work. And to top it off the WHITE towels were dirty... WHITE TOWELS DIRTY!! I did NOT want to take a shower!! Now that I think about it, I should have went...

「The oatmeal was old and dry. It should have been thrown out and made fresh. The parking spaces were great. They were wide and spacious enough to open your door without hitting the car next to you.」
