"The property is in pristine condition, and located right where all the action is in the Downtown Santa Monica. I love the decor. The aesthetic is quite homey. The mini bar is stocked with anything you could need during your stay. Even the soaps are nice! You will want to arrive before valet leaves for the day! Otherwise, ample parking is available in City Lot #11 (hourly)."

"Pool was okay, small but fine. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was not enough and we went out to find breakfast elsewhere. It was perfectly satisfactory but nothing amazing. Most importantly is was very clean. "

"I have never rated a hotel 5 stars before but I could not fault this Best Western. I’ve stayed at nicer hotels but the price was much higher. The location was perfect. Close to Ventura Pier but in a quiet area. Room was spotless. Staff friendly. Great value."
