"Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. "Akshae was wonderful at check-in. V friendly and helpful. The second chap sorry i don't know his name was excellent when the room wouldn't open. No hair dryer or plug sockets nr the bed. Sheets just lie on the bed. Not fitted. Team lovely. Location great. Tried to call 3 times before stay but no pick up or ability to leave a call back message. "

"Super friendly on check in and it was just no bother thereafter. Nothing bad to say. Pleasant hotel - looks like a prison from the outside but they have done absolute wonders with the inside. Lifts were glitchy while we were there which was annoying but I’m sure that’s a temporary thing. Amazing position for the Boat Show and shopping. "
