Location is perfect!!!! Easy access to everything. No issues with checking in. I messaged through WhatsApp 1 week before arrival and I prepaid the tourist tax as well as emailed my identification so I can just go straight to the apartment. If not done prior, you need to check into a different location and that will be inconvenient....follow the instructions provided after booking

Room smelled like bleach when we arrived, we had to open the windows to air it out. Apartment is extremely outdated and looks nothing like the photos on Expedia. There was long black hair strands in one of the towels. Staff was not helpful, although I was in constant communication with them about my time of arrival, and arrived 20 minutes earlier than the check in time, they made us wait another 15 minutes, before sending us the code for the lockbox. Location is good, and it’s an ok place to stay for one night, I would not recommend for a longer stay.

Amazing find! Centrally located in the winding cobbled streets of Venice. The apartment is spacious and clean. We were a family a 4 and it was perfect. The nice cool air conditioning really helped during the summer heat. Getting to and from the airport was really easy as the apartment is located close to Rialto where you can get a water taxi. The apartment has a good size fridge and freezer which is really useful and everything you could need in the kitchen. I would highly recommend this apartment.
