A great place to stay to escape the noise and crowds of central Venice. San Marco is just 30 minutes away by foot/vaporetto. The apartment was huge, kitchen fully outfitted, great appliances, laundry machine and everything is a 5 minute walk away … grocery stores, the beach, restaurants, cafe’s or the Vaporetto station. And the view … absolutely stunning views of the lagoon! The island of Lido was beautiful as well and worth exploring. I absolutely love Venice, and if I return I’d make Lido my home base.

Lejligheden var fin, men da vi skulle i bad den første aften var der ikke noget varmt vand. Det blev ordnet så vi næste morgen kunne tage varmt bad, men allerede morgenen efter var det igen koldt.

Toller Urlaub

Schöne Lage mit Blick auf die Lagune und Venedig. Wir hatten das Appartement mit 110m2, sehr schön und für Familien toll. Zum Strand auch nur 5 Minuten zu laufen, Umgebung Villen mit schönen Gärten, insgesamt ein toller Urlaub, sehr zu empfehlen!

It’s a good set up for families with the lido beach a couple of mins walk and the car ferry and water bus to Venice not far too. They don’t have a full time reception so if you need something ask when you see the owners, don’t wait till later. Beds were a bit hard for me but good air con and well equipped kitchen if you fancy using it.

Such beautiful panaramic water views from the apartment!! Perfect walking distance to the port to travel to and from the airport, cruise, or main island if Venice. We easily walked with our luggage there. Wonderful people. Our apartment was the entire floor of the building. Gorgeous. Clean. Worth the memories!!! Loved it. Owner was wonderful.

Great service and spacious apartment.

The apartment is great for the price paid. Lots of space, a little tired, but great for our needs. The Lady who runs the place is friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast brought to our room was lovely and great value. The Lido is a little removed from Venice itself, and the waterbus across is novel, but takes a while and is a multi-stop service, costing 7-10€ per trip.

리도섬은 아름다운 곳입니다. 숙소에서 보는 바다전망과 본섬전경은 너무 아름다웠습니다. 조용하고 아름다운 섬. 정말 다시 한번 가고싶습니다. 숙소도 청결하고 리노베이션이 되어있어서 사진보다 훨씬 좋았습니다. 새소리도 들리고 석양도 아름다운 숙소였습니다. 다만 산타루치역에서는 거의 40분에서 한시간정도 산 마루코 광장에서는 15분에서 20분정도. 처음에는 수상버스타는것이 부담스러웠으나 자주 타다보니 익숙해졌습니다. 공항까지는 수상버스로 한시간정도. 배 실컷 타보았습니다. 저희는 30 유로의 2day티켓을 이용했습니다. 복잡한 본섬보다 리도섬의 라군을 이용해서 행복했습니다. 수상버스에 내려서 버스타면 한정거장입니다. 걸으면 5분정도 걸립니다. 참고하세요. 후회하지 않을 최고의 숙소입니다

We reserved the Blue Lagoon Suite for our stay. The apartment is spacious and very clean. As we entered the apartment, we particularly enjoyed the nice smell inside (probably l'avança or orange blossom) and, of course, the breathtaking view over the city of Venice. This was wonderful! We also appreciated the service, especially the (optional) hearty breakfasts delivered directly at home. We'll certainly not forget our stay and will probably choose this residence again when we come back to Venice! A few warnings, though already mentioned in the conditions: - if you want to use the kitchen, you will have to pay an extra daily amount for this option - this is rather a bed & breakfast than a hotel, so you have no 24-hour service at the reception. In particular, mind the check-in hours: from 2pm to 9pm.

Wow, just wow!! Lido island is the perfect island across from Venice if you’re looking for some quiet time away from the city. We had driven to Venice from Florence so we had to take a ferry over to Lido which was SO much fun. Seeing Venice from the water is a must!! This property is immaculate! To every detail, you can see how much love has been given. Our one bedroom apartment was fully functional and came with every amenity needed including full kitchen and utensils. The shower was a triple shower head, very clean bathroom and even included a washer for your clothing. We loved our time here!!! Great host who was awesomely friendly and accommodating!

Property is on the Island of Lido and it requires a short water taxi ride from the main attractions on San Marcos Island. It’s nice to be away from all the hustle and bustle at the end of the day. Local restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. The property is only a 5 miinute walk to the beautiful beach. And the is a water taxi that runs hourly from Lido to the international airport, 1 hour ride, $15 lira.

Perfect for our young family

We stayed in the White Garden and it was the perfect place for us to spend our week's holiday. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, though the bathroom is a little narrow for dealing with the kids, we soon got the hang of it! The effiecient air conditioning was very welcome in a sweltering Venice August and the outside space that you get with the White Garden was the perfect place to have a family breakfast, as well as giving valuable space for hanging out beach things (there is also a washing machine). The Oasis is less than 10 minutes stroll from the beach and about 15 minutes at kid speed from the vaparetto stop. We spent 3 days exploring Venice and 3 days hanging out on Lido going to the beach. The beach is so close that after a hot day in Venice itself, we could just pop down for a swim. It was such a perfect holiday that we could be tempted back!
