Staff was not friendly at all. When we asked about hotel shuttle to pick us up after we return car he sad we should just walk 1.6km in 30+ degrees. I booked shuttle for next day, he booked wrong time. Shuttle didn’t drop us in front on the airport, somewhere on the side parking lot. They don’t want to drive in to pay a fee. When I asked if he can recommend some pizza place around hotel, he just said NO. What kind of customer service is it😳 we spent less than 15 hours in hotel and everything went wrong. I would not recommend this hotel.

We wanted a relaxing hotel with a pool for our last night of a multi-week trip and this place was great. Excellent pool and lounger situation and a friendly bar server was right there on the pool deck. Room was fine for our family of four, a little small but perfect for a single night. Several restaurant options within a 5 min walk and only a 20 min walk to the airport.

Overall an annoying experience. The staff was very nice, and very helpful, but it was unfortunately overshadowed by the fact, that the aircondition was broken, and unable to be turned off, so the room was freezing cold. The night porter was able to open one of the AC's up, and with tools make it stop working alltogether. Now it was just making a loud humming/buzzing noise, so we had to cover it with linnen to dampen the noise. Also, we were all awakened in the night by the neighbour, whom returned home late, and went to take a shower. It literally sounded like they were in a bathtub in the middle of our room. You could hear the water splashing and running and people talking, so loud that i had to stand up and make sure they werent actually in our apartment. So for all the good and helpful effort from the staff, it unfortunately falls short of a good experience because of the issues mentioned. Tidy and clean though, and free complimentary snacks at the check in.

Awesome place to stay. Held our baggage until rooms were available allowing us to visit Venice. Excellent staff. Free shuttle to restaurant, short distance, for dining. Great service all around. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent stay, wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you.

We were very excited to stay at this property since it is close to the airport for early travel home. Unfortunately, we booked the wrong night and it was nonrefundable. The property was unwilling to work with us and we had already rebooked for the following night. Otherwise, the property was pretty, and the staff was helpful upon arrival.

Overrated and overpriced. Room small, much smaller than described. Bathroom small, the shower terrible (water or cold or too hot, impossible to regulate). Staff was not polite at all, except for the shuttle driver who was very nice. It is extremely overpriced. The only good thing is that it is very close to the airport.

Photo shows swimming pool-unable to use! Many stairs both to apartment and narrow stairs to bedroom! Mgr refused to help with luggage-sat and watched my 80 yr old husband carry bags himself! Charged him for breakfast when he only had coffee! Night desk clerk Meena was very nice and made reservations at local restaurant.

The resort and staff were great. Given the country setting, bugs are to be expected. However, there was an huge wasp in our room when we arrived, which made my granddaughters uneasy for the rest of the night. Also, the pull-out bed was extremely noisy with every little movement.

Quite surprisingly nice Hotel which i would imagine was only used as a stop over for the Airport just up the road. Room was lovely , clean and quiet. Great swimming pool , good staff and were very obliging in transporting you to a lovely restaurant a km from the hotel, and running you back again - all free of charge.

The room was clean but was very basic for how much it costs. We didn’t use the pool or anything because we were just stopping over before an early morning flight. The beds in the suite are upstairs which meant lugging suitcases up and down the stairs. Using the sofa bed meant there was no sitting room for everyone and we had to navigate around it because it was in the main space.
