Perfecto location.

Great location. On the canal with direct access to courtyard by water taxi. No dragging luggage through narrow crowded streets. 2 minutes to St Marks Square. 5 minutes to Rialto Bridge and everything you want to see is within a 10 minute walk. Perfecto. Will stay here again in our next trip.

I enjoyed our stay, and the location was very convenient to plaza Santa Marco. The only downfall was the bathroom grout had some mold in the shower area. The staff was very nice, and the room was roomy and clean otherwise.

Look at Your Key Card Closely

The location of the hotel is great! Less than a block to St. Mark's Square and Cathedral. There are plenty of dining options nearby. However, I lost my room key and they were besides themselves because the room number is engraved into the room key card. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel that has the number in the key card. It is a ridiculous practice!

Stayed here for two nights while in Venice. Amazing staff, and very good breakfast. Everyone was so helpful and courteous. The room was clean and the bathroom and shower was also very clean and modern. I would def come back to this hotel. It's situated in the middle of everything and about a 5m walk from the st. Basilica. Busy area with a few restaurants around.

This was my second time at Dona Palace Hotel in Venice Italy and I must say each time I am amazed at how flawlessly managed it is. My room was "home away from home" in every aspect.
