Good air conditioning, big room, nice staff, nice outside sitting area. Bathroom was well appointed and clean. Room needed renovation, wardrobe had no doors, in room safe tiny, but didn't work anyway. No curtains, and no explanation of the shutters outside the windows. Double bed was two Ikea single beds pushed together with a sheet on top. Great location right next to Zattere and Accademia vaporetto stops, with good services to both the train station and the airport.

The room was dark and dated. The windows were small, high and were not allowing a view of the outside or providing light. The carpet was old and stained. The shower was very narrow. As for the breakfast, it was at the hotel across the street and we had to wait in line. Definitely not what was shown in the pictures.
