Das Zimmer war prima; zwischenzeitlich ging die Heizung im Bad nicht, man hat sich aber sofort um die Behebung des Problems gekümmert. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

I contacted the hotel the night before arriving for transportation from airport and Mustafa at the front desk was great to give us directions :) We had an issue with the lock and the key broke One guy at the front desk was annoyed by it however someone else assisted with replacing key the fallowing morning Not ideal room next to dining area where breakfast is served every morning and you can hear everything The bathroom had drainage odor and we cover drains with towels to keep smell from coming out not successfully :(

Perfect! Our first visit to Venice and the perfect boutique hotel! Absolutely charming and the staff were over and beyond, even recommending local restaurants. Great breakfast and location! Would recommend to everyone!

Rooms are somewhat small but very clean and very attractive. Hotel was somewhat difficult to find at first but is near markets, gardens and quality restaurants. The staff was always courteous and helpful - a night clerk named Mustafa helped us immensely with early morning transportation - we remain very grateful for his assistance.

Great location just a 15 minute walk from St Marks Square, Bridge of Sighs and the Rialto Bridge, we had a fantastic 5 day visit so we were able to visit everything we wanted to see. For breakfast there is a lovely continental breakfast buffet. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful, definitely recommend this hotel

First night they gave me a terrible room I couldn’t sleep on that night because of bed , they put one of the bed on uneven floor( two bed base was on step )and there wasn’t any space to move it Room was for 4 people air condition wasn't be able to cool enough, when I reserved the room photos of the-room was different, I complain at reception and I asked for change the room but he told me we don’t have any other room till tomorrow

I've stayed in Venice quite a few times and this is definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The area is lovely where visitors mix with locals and enjoy very good food. The hotel has been refurbished and the rooms are comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is excellent, considering it's size, and the ladies who look after it are welcoming. Best of all about this hotel is the staff. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful especially all the reception staff. Mustafa was a breath of fresh air and extremely helpful with our planning to visit the islands. I'd wholehearted recommend this hotel and when I return I will stay there again.

Super hôtel

Un bel hôtel dans le style vénitien, chambre spacieuse et confortable, un personnel très sympathique. Un seul bémol pour moi: nous avions une des trois chambres accolées a la salle de petit déjeuner, bruyant lors de la mise en place et étroit pour sortir de la chambre sans déranger les autres clients déjà à table. Sinon petit déjeuner varié et très bon. Une très bonne adresse à retenir quand même.

Marked this down as two for staff because the lady who serves breakfast is really angry and hostile. She made us feel very uncomfortable on both occasions we went for breakfast. Otherwise the rest of the staff are brilliant. Really friendly and helpful reception staff and housekeeping.

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold på hotellet. Rommene var rene og i god tilstand. Hotellet ligger i gåavstand til flere vaparetto stasjoner og 10-15 min gange fra San Marco.
